OUR VISION

    1. To provide lead to the local Human Resource Industry with the aim of improving Quality, Standard and Expertise of the local workforce and to assist them Upgrade quality which will ultimately uplift their life quality in line with changing times.
    2. To assist Members upgrade standard and quality of services currently offered (to end-users) to enable them become Facilitators providing par-excellence services with latest Techniques and Technology.

Our Objectives

Co-operation

To establish co-operation and understanding between Employment Agencies and other Practitioners in the HUMAN RESOURCE INDUSTRY (both local and Foreign) so as to provide maximum benefit to local Citizenry and Government

Policies

To co-operate and provide support to the Government in identifying and implementing policies, rules and regulations as maybe relevant to the Human Resource Industry including implementation and enforcement of established laws on non-compliant players

Trust

To assist improve trust and confidence of the Government and Public Vis-à-vis Employment Agencies and other Practitioners in the HUMAN RESOURCE Industry by promoting the culture of being CLEAN, EFFICIENT and RELIABLE

CSR

To play active role in assisting THE POOR , THE DISABLED and THE HANDICAPPED via viable projects in line with the principle of CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

Support

To co-operate and provide support to the Government on issues related Labour Exploitation and Human Trafficking
